What is Art Psychotherapy?

Sessions take place in a confidential and supportive environment where art materials are provided. The process is client-led, meaning you or your child will decide what to explore and share during therapy. Eveleen gently supports individuals in making sense of their feelings, the creative process, and the images they create—helping them navigate their personal experiences and the world around them.
